As you know, Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) is spreading rapidly worldwide.

In Ali Bey Hotels & Resort, we would like to declare that all precautions are taken at the highest level by considering your health, which is one of the most important principles of life. As Ali Bey Hotels & Resort, we ask for your cooperation and sensitivities in order to have a peaceful and confident holiday.

In addition to the measures determined by various health institutions, the following additional measures have been taken.

• Essential trainings have been provided to all employees and they all are conscious about the subject.
• Our existing cleaning procedure has been expanded and new effective disinfectants that prevent the spread of the virus come into use.
• Hand disinfectants are available for use at all points where the guest can contact.
• In addition to the service points open to the use of the guests, our stations and personnel services that serve the personnel are disinfected daily.
• Housekeeping employees must wear protective gowns, disposable gloves and facial protection (masks) during cleaning.
• Before your room is given to you, it is disinfected with ULV (ultra low volume) machine using with the cleaning method recommended by the World Health Organization
• All points that can be contacted within the facility are cleaned with special disinfectants carefully and regularly.
